Description: Our technician(s) will examine and
repair the computer to make it fully operational. If
there should be a need for additional costs over and
above the initial $69 for the first hour such as Parts
and Installation, you will FIRST receive a phone call
from us informing you of the additional costs to resolve
the problem. At this point, you can determine if
Hughesware Computer Services should proceed with the
repair of the computer.

Parts and Installation Costs
Description: This
price will cover the replacement of any broken or
malfunctioning components in the computer. If we are unable
to solve your problem, you will NOT be charged any
additional fees for Parts and/or Installation.

Personal Data Backup Costs
Description:
We will
back up the data on your computer onto the appropriate
storage media. The amount of backup storage space used will
depend on the amount of data to be backed up.
Important note: CDs and DVDs will be packaged inside of a
plastic Jewel Case.

Up to 700 Megabytes per CD (Material - $3.00 per CD + Tax), (Labor - $6.25 per CD)
DVD Backup of Data:
Up to 4.7 Gigabytes per DVD (Material - $3.00 per DVD + Tax),

External Hard drive Backups:
250 Gigabyte Drive (Material - $114 PLUS tax), (Labor - $12.50)
500 Gigabyte Drive (Material - $137 PLUS tax), (Labor - $18.75)
750 Gigabyte Drive (Material - $172 PLUS tax), (Labor - $25.00)
